We will take an in-depth look at each energy center and its connections to habits, trauma, stress, physical and vocal communication. Prepare to move your body, make sound to prepare a path for healthy cathartic release.

In this intensive we will focus on connecting the body to the sound of the voice and discovering the authentic voice.

Practice listening and speaking from the authentic self while we will explore best practices for front facing public communicators. Learn from a live real time energy readings.

We will expand your intuitive strength and increase spirit led awareness. Exploring activations and integrations for each energy center we will explore and expand your awareness and provide you the tools to improve public speaking communication and energy reading.
